Key terms and definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms are defined under the following conditions, and – as applicable – have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural:

1.    Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Arbella Therapeutics, LLC, 160 Greentree Drive Suite 101, Dover, DE 19904;

2.    Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual;

3.    Site refers to the website, www.arbellatherapeutics.com;

4.    You and or your means the individual accessing and / or using the site, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which an individual is accessing and / or using the site, as applicable.

This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of the Company with regard to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the site. We only use your personal data in accordance with applicable laws. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users.

By using the site, and by submitting your Personal Data via our site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the site.

Affiliates may include any of: Our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.

·       With Business Partners: We may share your information with both actual and prospective business partners, licensees, sponsors, researchers and other similar parties

·       With your consent: We may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.

2.    Use of your Personal Data

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our legal rights, agreements, and policies.

The Company may also retain usage data for internal analysis. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, excepting if we are legally required to retain this data for longer time periods.

3.    Transfer of your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at any location where the parties involved in the processing are located. Therefore this information may be transferred outside of your state, country or other jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your provision of your information represents your explicit agreement to such transfer.

4.    Disclosure of your Personal Data due to law and legal rights

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, for example a court order, search warrant, regulatory order, a subpoena.

The Company may also disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: Comply with a legal obligation, regulation, rule, or law; to protect the rights or the property of the Company; to meet the Company’s contractual obligations; to protect the safety and / or security of Users of the site; to protect the Company against legal liability; and to address potential wrongful misuse of the site.

Children's Privacy

Our site does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.

This site may be viewed and hosted anywhere in the world, including in countries that may not have relevant laws regulating the use and transfer of Personal Data.
